At House of Hounds, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Should you need to return an item, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within this timeframe for a refund. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

The product must be in its original packaging

The product must be undamaged
All returns are subject to inspection. If the product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to process any refund request. Without this documentation, we regret that we cannot proceed with the refund.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for return and refund. Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-refundable.
Please note:
Perishable goods are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Natalie@houseofhoundsbr5.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Please note:
Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not refund shipping fees. We recommend ensuring that the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reject the refund request.
